The Buyers Guide must be clearly visible and situated such that it can easily be seen by prospective buyers. The FTC’s guidelines and approved places are the following:

Both sides of the Buyers Guide must be visible

If you conduct negotiations in Spanish then you must also display a Spanish Buyers Guide in addition to the English version.

Hang it from the rear-view mirror inside the car or attach it to a side window.
Placing the Buyers Guide in the glove compartment, trunk, under the seat or any place that is not in plain sight can result in a very costly lawsuit!
